Q. Can I have an update on my order?
A. All of our Mudflaps are made to order and we will update you the whole way through from Order Confirmation, Processing to Dispatch. Please check your Junk/Spam folders as on occasion, our notifications may be added to that automatically depending on your email account server.
Q. Which Courier do you use?
A. We ship all of our orders with Parcel Force Couriers on a 24 Hour Service (UK) or Express International Service.
All Southern Ireland Orders will be shipped with UPS on an Express Service.
Q. How can I track my order?
A. When we dispatch your order, we will provide your parcel tracking number along with the courier website link.
The Link will not activate full live tracking until the goods have arrived at the Parcel Force Depo (usually by end of day)

Q. Do you deliver to a PO Box address?
A. Unfortunately, our couriers require signatures on delivery and therefore will not deliver to a PO Box address.
Q. Do you deliver to a PSC address?
A. Unfortunately, our couriers will not deliver to a PSC Box address.
Q. I have a Promo / Discount Code where do I add this?
A. Once you click the ‘‘Checkout’ button, there is a Black Strip area on the page - please click on this and enter your code.
Q. Will I have to pay Import Duty?
A. If you are based outside the UK, you will not be charged our UK VAT rate of 20% when you buy from our website, as you will be required to pay your own countries Import Tax on arrival. This is set at different rates all over Europe / Rest of World - we will however provide an electronic invoice via the Parcel Force website -when dispatching your item/s
